"I just returned from my first visit to Horizon Eye Care at Mallard Creek to discuss cataract surgery with Dr Sarah Wang. I went through av variety of scans, tests and questions and then had a thorough discussion about options and surgery with Dr Wang. The office and professional personnel were all efficient and friendly. Dr Wang explained that surgery would be appropriate given the results of the tests, discussed the surgical procedure, and answered my questions in a clear, concise and very friendly manner. Then the scheduling person followed up by explaining all the papers she was sending home with me and worked to set up convenient times for surgery and follow ups. The whole process only took about 2 hours although I had been advised that it might take 3 hours. All in all, a very positive experience in a customer friendly setting with friendly and efficient personnel."
