"Dr. Langan is always showing genuine empathy towards my issues. She does not show any judgement, and understands many issues in women and in society. I appreciate her for making me always feel welcome and valued."
"Best OBGYN in the area. They really take care of you and treat you like family. I always feel welcome and taken care of. Heather is such an amazing doctor and is very communicative. I’ve had such a great experience here and would definitely recommend."
"I have the best experience with them sometimes we have to wait a little for the consultation but since everyone is nice and helpful I don’t mind the wait. Doctors don’t rush the visit make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. The nurses are always prompt to help and are very nice and kind."
"Love Dr Persavich! She's professional, knowledgeable and has made me feel welcome at all of my appointments. I have now followed her to her 3rd location."
"Meh. I really wanted to like this place. I’ve had three visits with Dr. Wyman. She was always super nice and patient explaining things to me when I came in. My opinions have since changed. To start, I’ve been recommended to undergo unnecessary procedures that I’ve been through before and for reasons that feel like a money grab. I have multiple doctors in the family all of which independently said they would never recommend what Dr. Wyman did given normal test results. When I voiced my concerns to Dr. Wyman that I didn’t want to spend $700 out of pocket for an unnecessary exam (not to mention go through unnecessary pain) she said she advised to do it to be “extra cautious.” At first I thought she was just being super careful because that’s her job, and I totally understand that. But then comes the issue with diagnostic codes. For nearly the last year I’ve been fighting with my insurance for not covering a preventative/ routine exam with Dr. Wyman. This included going back & forth with this office trying to figure out why they weren’t covering the bill. After my last conversation with this office in January, I was told they figured out the issue and that it would be fixed. Fast forward to last week, and I received a call from collections relating to the bill. Great. I again called insurance who informed me the bill was not “coded as preventative”, and if it was it would be covered 100%. Called this office again and apparently there is an entire investigation that needs to go on to determine whether the diagnostic codes were correctly billed (of which no one told me when I called in January). Went through that process and turns out - not coded correctly. Sorry for the lengthy review, but maybe my horrible experience can save someone the time if they are having trouble with insurance covering their visit here. I would venture to guess it has something to do with diagnostic coding. The way it was explained to me, they compare the codes sent to insurance to the doctor’s notes during the visit - of which did not match up. Which leads me to my point. This was a VERY routine exam, it should be coded the exact same every time? Maybe not, I’m no doctor but it seems pretty straight forward to me. And figuring out that it was wrong should not have taken a year. It could definitely be just a mistake I totally understand everyone is human and mistakes are made. But the combination of the unnecessary procedure recommendations with the wrong diagnostic codes was just too much for me to not feel like I was getting taken advantage of for monetary benefit. And again, could totally just be coincidence of a mistake being made and an overly cautious doctor. But regardless, I personally have no interest in continuing care with an office that gets me sent to collections for their own mistakes."
