"Don’t go to starmed for Covid testing. One week after my test, no result. They are just there to collect the insurance money"
"I got tested for Covid on July 2nd. My wife was also tested. Her results came back and were entered in the portal in a few days. I received a text message saying that my results were in, but they have not been entered on the portal. Attempts to call have been met with a full answering machine where you can't leave a number. They tell you to email them if you don't get results, which I have done 3 times. Today is July 9th. I am about to tell my insurance not to pay. Terrible experience, totally solvable by simply updating the portal with results or answering communications."
