"I had to give 1 star to POST, BUT THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS...This place is awful... the WORST place ever! They screw up all appointments with no regard to others life schedules. There is no follow up or follow through procedures, management is not present, absolutely no accountability. The front desk receptionist (TRACY) is disrespectfully, inconsiderate, and plays games with patient's livelihood & health. They do not answer your calls or messages. When they do not like you they screen your calls. Tracy continues to tell lies & she even stated that she was the office manager so that I could not speak w/ the real manager. My son has been doing great for 2 years w/ Schizophrenia/ Bipolar until I started going to this place 6 mos ago. Now, because they screwed up his appointments & refused to give my son his injection he has fallen back into psychosis & all of are hard work is down the drain. We have to start all over to get him back on track. Quite frankly, I am looking into getting an Attorney due to what they have done to my son!!!"

"I just recently started back at Amara Wellness because about 3 years back I was hesitant about therapy. Things got a little worst and I decided to give it another try. I can say since I return this year in September 2023 it's been hard but I think I might be able to start in a new place in my life. Going to do my best to make it work. So far the nurses have been so understanding and phenomenal. May God bless each one of them."

"The staff was friendly and efficient in helping me. The nurse practiced was friendly when discussing my medical needs. We talked about how well I am doing on the medical treatment and established that I will continue taking medication without changing any of them. I enjoyed my visit."

The nurses were very knowledgeable and encouraging, I felt that they really cared about me and didn’t judge me. It was nice to feel supported. You can tell they love what they do and isn’t in this field for the money. I recommend AWS to everyone struggling with mental health, and need compassionate providers. They truly care"
