"This facility needs to be shut down immediately!! These people don't give a bit of care about their patients. They care as far as the money goes and that's it. We had an urgent matter that took place over the holiday and needed to get some general info from the doctor. Not only did he never return his patients calls but the patient ended up in the emergency room waiting for days for a call he never received. The hospital needed some info from the doctor at eagle and they still never returned any of our calls. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm sorry we chose this place to begin with. If we can sue them we will. This place is horrible!!!"

"I had a 2:30 appointment. Did not get call until after 3:15 to go to the back and wait another additional 40 minutes. What is the reason for an appointment, if you have to wait over an hour to see the doctor. They really need to step up their service. Just for the dr. to look at my nose and say i have an infection and write me a prescription for antibiotics within 5 minutes. Please people hire more adequate staff."

"I'm a new patient at this clinic and my over all experience since I been attending is great. The Doctor and the entire staff members have been really nice to me. The facility is also clean and they been very nice to my family and I. Over all, They have made a lot of improvements and changes to the clinic. Is good to visit there sometime!"

"For a medical facility I'm a little saddened. In the past month I've been here twice for two separate children. Both times we werethe first by of the day, however we were waiting to be called back for 40 minutes both times. Some of the receptionists have most horrible attitude, don't make my sick kids feel like a burden to you. The facility never had soap or napkins stocked in the restroom, and the rooms had holes in the walls and full trashcans in the morning. I just overall felt the faculty was by far the worst I've ever been. The only positive thing is the doctor that we seen both times seems to be quiet, but knowledgeable and kind."

"This is by far the worse experience I've ever had at a doctors office, the nurses are rude , personal UNPROFESSIONAL side conversations,the receptionist is unprofessional and will transfer you anywhere to get you off the line. The scariest part was having a urine sample with my name on it in the window while I placed MY urine sample in the window. (I never been there, first visit) When I told the doctor and nurses they said "the label was wrong" and "everything will be fine". It made me so uncomfortable that I was nervous for my results and was just going for a routine check up. I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this clinic, in fact I would recommend them shutting down remodeling, and training the staff. It is not clean, dated,unorganized, the atmosphere is blah and their staff is completely unprofessional."
