Reviews
"Dr. Kirsch is awesome and the entire staff at Atrium Health Sleep Medicine are friendly and welcoming."
"I do not recommend scheduling any appointments with Zoe Zack! You will absolutely not be seen if your a few minutes late. She could careless about the hurdles patients have to jump through to even attend an appointment, but yet instead, makes you sit in the waiting room the remainder of your appointment instead of seeing you… Absolute worst experience and I can’t believe that people like Zoe sign up to serve patients and then fails miserably at actually being a service to patients."
"Very clean environment and staff made you feel comfortable. Highly recommended."
"Zoe Zack and there staff are outstanding in making sure you have everything you need and letting you know what else is out there. they make themselves available an show a real concern with you wellbeing"
"My first visit was amazing. Everyone was so nice, I felt like Dr. Kirsch sincerely cared for me and my struggles sleeping. I felt confident that after my sleep study, we would be able to get me on the path to better sleep. Did the sleep study, came back and met with Zoe, the Nurse Practitioner, and my experience with her was completely opposite. She said I only stop breathing 3 times per hour and acted like it's not a big deal, and maybe for her it's not, but that was alarming for me. She didn't seem to realize that would be a concern for me. She said I should just go online and find some sort of snoring device. I had been so hopeful but she was almost careless, she could've said 'meh, I've seen worse' and it would've had the same feeling. Dr. Kirsch had suggested my tonsils could be a concern, but Zoe said she knew someone who got tonsils out and it didn't help so she wouldn't recommend. I felt like I'd been dismissed as a waste of time. :("
