"Made an appt, got there on time and didn’t have to wait long. The nurse saw how bad I was feeling and made accommodations. I explained I had stopped taking Tylenol a few hours before due to my last Atrium urgent care experience (University/N Tryon) where they didn’t believe I was ill, and I wanted to be sure my symptoms showed. She replied that my comfort was most important, gave me some Motrin, told me not to do that again and they would believe me there. The doctor came in promptly. He was a real doctor (not a PA) and he was considerate, kind and thorough. I was tested, diagnosed and treated. Maybe it’s because I had Covid, but that was the First time in a long time that I didn’t have to tap dance for meds at an urgent care."

"What can I say… such a pleasant experience when I was feeling my worst. The receptionist was very kind and informative. I was told before hand that it was a 5 hour waiting period but I wasn’t leaving because I was so dizzy. The nurse came out to get me for triage after waiting maybe 20 minutes. She also informed me that it was still going to be a long wait. I sat down in the lobby and 20 minutes later I was called to see the doctor. They made a not so pleasant experience bearable. The doctor was very pleasant and examined me thoroughly. Thank you guys for everything. This was my first time at any Urgent Care and in sure it won’t be my last."
