"My husband had a Colonoscopy here today. We both felt compelled to submit a review. TEC was great! His appmt time was 10:30 and he walked out at 12:30. Process was efficient, everyone friendly. Dr. Smith called me (in the waiting room) after the test was complete and told me how it went. The nurse anesthetist was wonderful with my husband! Thank you all!"
"Had a great experience! My nurses, Pamela and Taylor, were wonderful! Dr. Hilgenfeldt did my procedure and was excellent as well."
"Horrible!! Nurses in pre-op and then nurse anesthetist stuck me 7 times couldn't get vein. CRNA guy was nasty because my veins were holding up the show. Kept trying to tell them where I had good vein, but he and the nurses in pre-op refused to try there insisting the veins they saw were better. Everyone was in a mad hurry. I was stuck roughly each time and it was very painful. They took me to OR without an IV since time seemed to be of the essence ? Finally a nice nurse in the O.R. listened to me and tried the vein I'd been telling them all along and the IV went right in...go figure! The look on the CRNA's face was angry that it went right in where I said all along (upper left arm on the side). Look at photos of what they did to my arms and hands. The CRNA bruised my left hand so bad that I bruised clear through to the underside in my palm. I would never go back to this place. They should listen to patients. It's our bodies and sometimes we know better from past medical experiences. I couldn't use my left hand for days because it hurt so bad where he stuck needles into my knuckles and top of my hand and blowed out the thin veins in my hand with hard push flushes even though I warned him my veins were very tiny. He had wanted to stick the underside of my wrist and I flat out refused. His response was "what do you mean no?". Don't go here if u r a hard stick as they are ruthless and cruel."
"The staff at Tryon Endoscopy Center are exceptional. Very professional and great bedside manner. They fully explained everything to me and Dr. Hilgenfeldt is one of the best in his field. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you all for your wonderful care."
"Tryon Endoscopy Center is top-notch. I received a detailed packet of information, phone call reminders, and additional explanations upon arrival. The facility is conveniently located and easy to access. Everyone from the scheduler to the facility staff to the doctor were so kind and caring. They even called to check on me in the days after my colonoscopy. Even though my general practitioner is not a part of Tryon Medical Partners it was a simple process for her to send in a referral and I was easily scheduled. Many of us can identify with this type of procedure seemingly being a scary process. Thank you Tryon Endoscopy Center for making it such a seamless and successful experience."
