"Please don’t allow UPS to deliver your packages here. It’s no scan in and out system and everyone’s giving excuses on what could have happened to my $800 package!! A Stephanie apparently signed for it but a sales associate swears it probably wasn’t delivered just marked as “delivered”. Why was my package delivered here when I live off Mallard Creek by Concord Mills mall??! I have no idea. An investigation was opened so I’m hoping it turns up!"

"I usually buy my things online but I had to go in-person yesterday at this location. The self-checkout machines DON'T WORK. I scanned everything and clicked on "pay", but it was asking me if I wanted to include the coupons I had in my card. ALL OF THEM. I have about 40 coupons on my card. Usually, these machines automatically add coupons that are relevant to your purchase, but that's not what happened. I asked for help and the lady that was supposed to be helping me was RUDE. Her manager came by to help her and she asked me if I wanted all these coupons added to my purchase. I just told her that the machine automatically adds the coupons to my order and she said "well, that's not what's happening right now". These people made me feel like it was MY FAULT that this was happening. They didn't even thank me for being patient or say sorry for the inconvenience. These people think that customers are an inconvenience!! I hate going here I'll just go to food lion. I also want to add something else, I've seen them treating people differently based on the customers skin color. Keep that in mind if you need help."
