"Moved to NC in Feb 2023, established my primary care with this office and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. From the front desk staff to the providers, they’re so kind and efficient. I’m also able to message my provider through the MyAtriumHealth app to ask a simple question or request refills. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area needing primary care!"
"I love Dr Butler. I saw Dr White for 30 some years and he was wonderful. One of his replacements is Dr Spradling who I did not like at all. Thankfully I was able to change to Dr Butler and am glad I did. She is also wonderful so I am happy"
"Dr. McPhee always listens to what the patient says, hence she always provides a high level of care. She is sweet and caring throughout her interactions with patients. Her nurse was empathetic and efficient in getting the initial interview completed in a timely manner. There was a computer glitch in getting my prescription sent to the pharmacy but they fixed that very quickly and efficiently when notified through My Atrium."
"This is the worst practice ever. Last year I had a very bad experience of getting a referral; some of you described a similar experience with obtaining a referral. Anyway, I was so frustrated that I decided I would never return. However, I got sick over the holidays. I called the office to get an appointment for low grade fever and some residue cough. The nurse called me and told me I needed to go to emergency. I explained that I didn't feel that bad for an emergency visit and all I needed was a sick visit with a doctor. She was adamant that I had to go to the emergency and she couldn't get me an appointment with a provider. That's the end of my relationship with this office and Atrium Health. Switching to a different provider."
"Great staff and very capable doctors. Showing up early for your appointment does not translate into you leaving early. They will call you at your appointment time, even if there are not a lot of people waiting. This is not a bad thing but a good to know. The waiting area is very clean and spacious. Clients are separated based on their health status in different waiting room areas. Receptionists are very warm and welcoming. It also helps that majority of your check-in can be done online which helps to expedite the process."
