"Google says the place is open til 130pm but they stop dosing at 11am and now I'm sick and can't get medicine."
"The staff members who stand out and go above and Beyond are Miss teresa ( cashiers) Tara ( Councilor) niana , Joes , brandy (nurse) ! The Program director is rued in does not take responsibility for her own faults!!! Do your research before you take any of the medications !!! This program saved my life but you have to want it for yourself!!! Don't expect anyone else or staff to put the work in for you!! You can have a life a job a family !!"
"I was a patient at North Charlotte before it closed had a great experience. They closed the doors now we're on Wilkinson and the lobby has no chairs the Rn is rude obnoxious. She had my wife in a panic attack. She nosed in a conversation that wasn't intended for her starts screaming at us threw the dosing walls. Then proceed to call the police. Can't dose down fast enough."
"This place has gone down hill fast. How do they close for the entire weekend without telling their patients beforehand? All around not a good experience. Some of the staff are great but I see a tons of patients struggling to stay clean. Does anyone ask them if they’re okay? Do they ask if you need to talk? Anuvia hands down is so much better. Suboxone is a lot better because you don’t have to go every single day for the rest of your recovery."
"I've been a patient at this clinic for 4+ years. I maintain my sobriety and am a working professional with a job that requires attention to detail and tremendous work ethic. Despite my professionalism and tens of thousands of dollars spent at this joke of a clinic, I've seen nothing but laziness and inconsistency from its employees, particularly Tara. She is slow to act on everything. Rude and disrespectful. She nosily inquires about things that do not concern her or her patients while overlooking her actual responsibilities for which she is paid. For example, it took her two weeks to fax necessary guest dosing documents (a five minute task). This clinic's computers and payment systems are routinely down. The lines are excessively long. The patients are treated disrespectfully and employees like Tara hang out in the bathroom for the majority of her shift. Good luck getting the representatives of this clinic to fax paperwork, sign waivers for guest dosing, show up on time, and perform efficiently."
