"I’ve been using ortho Carolina for 18 years and love the option to use urgent care However more than once the did not have an exray tech on hand and they have to redirect you to another location. I understand things happen. however, this all could have been avoided if the answer their phones. I actually called them while at the desk and watched three workers ignore the call! Frustrating!"

"Entered Urgent care with excruciating shoulder pain. Left Urgent care in excruciating pain. My shoulder pain became unbearable in the last 2 days to the point my arm is going numb. Came to Urgent care hoping to get immediate relief and instead left feeling the same. The only suggestion for that night was to take more Tylenol and cold compress. It was hard driving home. I was only there for 20 minutes. The plus is that you're seen immediately. I used Orthocarolina in the past and the service has been hit or miss. I know this review will be buried under the 4 and 5 stars ones so I'll stop venting."

"OrthoCarolinas Urgent Care gave me prompt attention following a fall. My hands broke my fall but I rolled up on my right hand to a nice crunching sound. Thought I might have suffered breaks or dislocations, but x-ray’s showed none. Advised to keep the hand moving, and now, 2 days later, swelling is subsiding and normal movement is returning.
