I was extremely anxious about making and going to the appointment after years of avoiding it due to past experiences but she put all my nerves at ease. She’s kind and compassionate and listened to my concerns. I wish all doctors, especially in this field, were like her."

"I had to d/c care here due to my insurance, but they are wonderful! Specifically, Marci, the ultrasound tech. I know this woman has seen so many babies over the years but she always made me feel like my baby was the coolest, healthiest, best baby ever. I was always so comfortable here. Sad to go to another office, but they are great!"

"Absolutely horrible patient services. We have not even been seen at that office yet and they have cancelled on my wife or rescheduled her three times. We graduated from our fertility clinic, and had made an OB appt before graduation as we are very proactive. My wife advocated for an ultrasound due to having some issues, and per our fertility clinics providers recommendation. The office insisted that we did not need one, and continued to reschedule. Come to THE DAY OF our apt and they call a few hours before saying “oh yeah looks like you do need an ultrasound like you said, so now we need to reschedule you again.” This is the third time, and we have not had an ultrasound even though my wife is spotting. We have expressed our concerns countless times- and we are met with “there’s nothing we can do.” When you work in an industry with patients who have anxiety over pregnancy or have history of loss as we do, you have to do better. Highly do not recommend. If they cannot get their appointments right, or advocate for their mamas to be scanned, what makes you think they can take care of your baby? The provider might’ve been great, wish we could’ve gotten to the point of meeting her. Moving to Novant."
