"1st time ghosted by a therapist: So my experience is an interesting one. I found Reia Chapman on Monarch and we began having weekly sessions. We only had a few. On January 24th, I logged on to our Telehealth session. She didn't show. I waited for 17 minutes, and sent 4 Secure Messages to her during that time. The session was not canceled or removed on her end, because I got several appointment reminders and a text reminder with the Telehealth link 10 minutes before the session. No response. The next day, my debit card was charged for the appointment. I sent a secure message, no response. I sent a message to an email address and it bounced. I then sent an email to another address. No response. I called the practice number multiple times. No response or call back. It's been exactly 2 weeks with no response from her or any kind of receptionist or biller. It really sucks because this was the beginning of my therapy journey after having bad experiences with one before. I really felt like she was a great therapist for me. However, missing our appointment, charging my card & ignoring all of my attempts at contact have left me hesitant to begin therapy again at all. *EDIT* Reia messaged me back after weeks of ghosting me. She addressed me by someone else’s name She also said that I told her I didn’t want to continue services. This is incorrect as we scheduled our next session on Telehealth together, and I got multiple reminders for our scheduled season. (Received a reminder 10 minutes before the session that she missed) I also continued to be invoiced and charged after this, and I had to let her know this multiple times. She did not take ownership for this situation at all. I recommend considering other options for therapy services."

"I've been trying to get in touch with this place for weeks and have repeatedly been emailing the lady dealing with my sliding scale application, and never heard back. Very unprofessional especially when dealing with people in need of mental healthcare. I could have been spending my energy finding a therapist office that actually emails me back, but instead I wasted my time here. **Edit: I responded with my information as soon as I could obtain it, and it would have been perfectly understandable if my application was rejected because I submitted my documents late. However, I was completely ghosted and left in the dark about this. No response after multiple emails attempting to follow up on the info I submitted. I was told my emails went directly into the spam folder, so I imagine even if I had submitted my info on time, it would never have reached anyone and by the time it was seen it would have been too late anyway. I really don't think it's unreasonable to hope for timely responses to emails from a place of business."

"Trash!!! Never returned even with free sessions. They are unprofessional and have people there who are so concerned with trying to check you about personal issues ON YOUR TIME than helping you. I don't care how close they are to home. I will never go back."
