"New Year's Day is probably the worst time to need a doctor due to most offices being closed. This was the only place I could find nearby that could suture and open. I'm so thankful I took the time to wait until they had an opening! The front desk was super helpful and friendly, and each person I had contact with was on point with getting me fixed and back to work. And if you ever need a shot, the nurse I had said she was the best, and it was no lie! She had to give me a tetanus shot and felt absolutely nothing! Truly amazing experience!"

"this establishment seemed relatively empty when we arrived so I was happy to see that. we came on a thursday about 12:15p. checking in, getting vitals and getting seen and checked out took almost 3 hours. definitely not a fast “urgent” care facility. i’m guessing they were short staff. hopefully this isn’t their regular practice. first and last time visiting this location."

"I phoned to ask for an appointment & they said they were only taking walk ins. I arrived within the hour, to be told, they are NOT taking any walkins now. That is not a very organized system. Very rude receptionist, no greeting, eye contact only asked if I had an appointment."

"As a self employed 26 year old (with no health insurance) I went to this urgent care for a cough I've been struggling with for over a month.. I haven't been sleeping & it's driving me crazy. I paid $245 upfront (which I thought was a little high but worth it if I got the care I needed to get better) but I left with absolutely nothing. No prescriptions, no breathing treatment, nothing. I paid that much to be told to keep taking the over the counter medicine I've been taking for weeks. Thanks for nothing. The facility was very clean & nice but that was the only good thing about my experience. I will not be going back."
