"It was by coincidence that I came across AFC Urgent Care/ Tyvola. The check-in process was easy and quick. The wait time was minimal. Each staff member that I had an interaction with were caring, friendly, professional and helpful. I truly felt that my concerns were being listened to and the correct efforts were being made to help me. I felt welcome from the beginning to the end. I didn't feel rushed or neglected. Also the entire office as far as I could see was very clean. A generous thank you to everyone at AFC Tyvola. I truly appreciate you all!"

"I had a very bad experience at this place so I'm only going to give a review based on my recent experience. I went in for an open cyst, and I was sent there from an urgent care. The open cyst was right where I sit so sitting was extremely uncomfortable. I was left in that waiting room for 7 hours before they brought me back to take some blood test and then they sent me back out to sit again. I ended up leaving. The nurses were very friendly but the people doing the intake were extremely rude, impatient, and very unhelpful. My wife, who speaks fluent Spanish, was trying to assist a distraught father who doesn't speak English to get infuriating about his daughter. She was berated for attempting to help this stranger instead of just saying thank you but we have our own protocols. He's been waiting as long as we were abc they had no Spanish translators available? Yet when my wife stood up to help they got really snippy with her and told her to sit back down. Yeah, this place sucks. It's a beautiful ER though but if I ever need an emergency visit again I'll take the time to go into Charlotte instead of Pineville if I can."

"Thank you so much for that care that you showed to my baby, while she was sick. Our doctor was amazing, yet quick. Everyone from the desk to the back was friendly and helpful. I also have to add that I came in at 4:38 and they close at 5:00pm, so to get this kind of service and patience at the end of the day was impressive. Thanks again to your staff!"

"I went in earlier today for the first time at this urgent care. I expected a long wait time and a complicated process but instead I got the total opposite! It took 15 minutes from the moment I got there to the moment I was sitting down with the doctor. Everything was seamless, easy, and friendly. Stephen was awesome! Took my son right after I finished. Highly recommend."
