"I’ve been to FastMed before but not this location. I had taken a fall and injured my ankle, and no other urgent cares nearby could see me until later in the evening. This location had numerous available morning appointments! All of the staff here was very friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and got me in and out in about an hour including getting X-rays. Facility is clean, quiet and prompt all the way from checking in to checking out!"

"Hello, my experience was not great at all, your receptionist was very confrontational, she had a problem with holding my phone, which she could of put it on speaker to accept payment, yet and still your touching key boards, mouse and etc moving forward she put in the numbers wrong, because of the longs nails she have on, then tried to over talk me as I was trying to gather the card information from my son's father's saying she put in the numbers as he said, but if that was the case the card would of not decline, when I did it ..it was approved. Please have your receptionist be professional presentable, long nails should not be worn. That's exactly why she input the wrong numbers in. The whole experience was very ghetto. And very effortless. Needless to say I will not be coming there again"

"As a walk-in patient, I was given a waiting time of up to an hour. In my experience when you hear "it could take up to an hour" that typically means prepare yourself to sit for at least half of your day... However I was wrong! They actually got me in and out within an hour! That was a first! I also have to make note of the receptionist.. She dealt with chaos gracefully, and with kindness all before 10am.. just an example; someone came walking in asking for a car title (DMV is next door)& followed by 2 patients that didn't make note of their appointment dates/times who apparently thought that was the not their fault.. I wish I would have taken her name down. I was very impressed. She definitely deserves recognition for keeping her cool, and a smile on her face."
