"I was sold the wrong item, I realized it wasn't the right thing when I was in the parking lot, I hadn't even opened the box, I went back to exchange the item and was told that all sales are final and that if I wanted something else I would just have to buy it. I've never been refused a refund at any establishment for an unopened item. This is a terrible way to treat paying customers and I have no intention of ever spending my money in this establishment again."
"Superb customer service and we appreciate that it's not your typical pharmacy. Pharmacy chains nowadays seem to be striving to be a mini Walmart. Not D-REX.
