"The Target in Rocky Mount is always my to-go place for shopping. The store is clean and I can always find assistance. The pick- up option is fast. The associates are always friendly."

"I would give this store no star. Every single time I go in there I'm followed. You should find a better way to catch the people who actually steal from you. My daughter was nearly crying because we had to put back the items she wanted to get her aunt. I'm not shopping there again unless they do some changes."

"I went to Target to stock up on my favorite toilet paper. I love the Target brand because it's not too thin or thick but just right not to stop up the toilet. I wish they would have a sale on them or come down on the price a little and email me ahead of time."

"This location needs TLC. In the women's clothing department, I found it difficult to find any items by size. Most things were not folded and laid across the shelving and racks in total disary. The things that were folded were not in sequence. It looked like a mix between a Ross and a teenager's bedroom. Outside of the checkout/front end staff, I only remember seeing one other staff member setting up Halloween. Being low on staff may be the answer to the why, but it could and should be better."

"This is your typical Target. They have the same stuff as other Target stores. This store has some issues right now. It seems to be in disarray most of the time. I'm not sure what the issue is but as a whole, the store needs work on their appearance issues and other stuff. Some of the staff are nice and personable. Others are not. I hope they make some improvements soon."
