"I must say, love shopping here but they not good and well that 15$ for some sunglasses is outrageous. They better be letting me see the son and God up there."

"Couldn't understand why items wouldn't scan, was informed that they should not have been on the shelf because they were no good. Girls in the back, stocking in the candy isle (seasonal), don't say anything, but they continue to plow through until you move. Managers & clearly the gentleman who is the head boss is walking around greeting all the employees, doesn't say anything to customers... even when they need assistance. Definitely, no other Target I have been to is like this one. Most unfriendly. Only one who is worth seeing is the wonderful woman who stocks the cheaper bins near Starbucks. She goes out of her way to help you, no matter where you need help in the store."

"I had a few returns due to items that arrived wet and damaged from an online purchase, but I was able to very quickly return the items in person at the Jacksonville, NC Target store. A fast evolution and I was on my way. Thank you for the excellent customer service."

"I usually have a good experience here. Typically I do target pickup but today I had time to run in. When I was waiting in line the cashier was very kind and smiley with the people in front of me. All the usual how are yous and have a good days and all. When it came my turn I said hello how are you, and the cashier completely ignored me. When she was done bagging my items I thanked her as well, again she ignored me, then she whispered my total while looking at the floor. Once I got my bags in the cart I said thank you have a good night and she acted like I was invisible. Didn’t say a word. She didn’t even glance at me once the entire interaction. I’m guessing its my facial piercings that she didn’t like considering she is older. She doesn’t have to like them at all, I totally understand that, but I left feeling pretty down like I did something wrong."
