I often find that they fall short of meeting my expectations, especially when compared to the service and offerings at Academy Sports + Goods. Academy's support of the rights of all law-abiding Americans has been particularly noteworthy to me. Moreover, I appreciate that they refrain from pushing their political viewpoints onto their consumers, creating an environment focused on quality products and customer service. As a result, I have shifted my preference to shopping at Academy Sports + Goods due to their consistent standards and their approach to customer engagement. I believe it's important to support businesses that align with my values and provide a positive shopping experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. "Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of shoes which were last pair and were display. Most 9f the stores give a 15% or 10% discount on display items being that is the last pair left. She wasn't only loud but ride with her answer. Cashier was ok."

"We went in today because a few of our kids are starting soccer for the first time. Ryan was in the back and helped us tremendously. He made the hectic experience smooth and did not make us feel bad for bringing a little chaos to the store! Lol. He was super knowledgeable about the footwear and also where to find the other needed gear in the store. Do not have enough good things to say! Was very pleased, keep up the awesome work Ryan!"
