"I absolutely adore the staff at BenchMark. I had suffered from really painful TMJ symptoms for about a year before finally calling them and asking for help. I worked with Kelly, who was fantastic -- she was super knowledgeable and made me feel heard and understood as we worked through my issues. I genuinely felt like she was with me throughout my journey to feeling better, and I was impressed that she communicated directly with the doctor I was seeing to address other aspects of the issue. I also appreciated that the office runs efficiently; you're always seen on time and the staff help each other out. For example, if Kelly had to be pulled away to help another patient, someone else would help guide me through my exercises and make sure I wasn't just sitting around. You can tell that the staff work well together and are all super knowledgeable. Susan at the front desk was super helpful in ensuring that my insurance was kept informed so that I paid as little out-of-pocket as possible. I'm really grateful that I had the BenchMark team as part of my care plan, and even though I've "graduated" from PT, I know I can go back for extra help as needed!
