"In my first visit with Wendy, I shared documentation of the amount of Botox I receive and like from the previous place I lived. She insisted that she could do more and it would work. I ended up with an immobile forehead and a bit of droop. At a follow up visit, she wanted to add more product. I refused. She then suggested I have another procedure to reduce the effect. I scheduled that appointment and two days before I was to go in, I got a call indicating it couldn’t be done because the clinician had a sick child at home. Due to scheduling issues, I couldn’t come in for two weeks. I indicated frustration over this and the fact that it was an error on Wendy’s side having not trusted what I typically have done. The receptionist said she would see what she could do to fit me in earlier. The receptionist never called me back to reschedule the appointment. Just to follow up regarding the response from SkinOvation below. I was not told that my follow up appointment was complimentary. The first time I am hearing of that is in response to my google review. Also, I was not offered two other appointment times in the same week when my followup was cancelled. I was only contacted via phone after I wrote this review."
