"Poor customer service experience unfortunately as I think Ulta has some cool products. The cashier asked me for my phone number which I politely declined. She then approached a couple of ladies that were at another register waiting to be rung up and asked them for their phone number. I didn't know what was going on so I asked the cashier to finish ringing me up. She came back and was upset with me because I did not want to supposedly give my points to someone else. She had an attitude about it which I pointed out but then she said in a louder voice that I was the one with an attitude. I then realized the reason for my phone number was to get points which I wasn't aware of until the whole scene unfolded. At that point, I just wanted to leave the store and pretend the whole thing didn't happen. There was another employee watching the madness unfold who just smiled."

"I love the products at ulta, good quality and i had a nice young lady help me choose a makeup good for rosacea, and it has worked out wonderfully!"

"Came in today and walked straight to an employee and explained that I needed help. They were friendly (long, brown hair in loose pigtails), asked me questions and then found another employee to help me with my needs. Melissa helped me find the perfect skin tint, concealer and everything else I needed. For items she wasn't 100% on she asked another employee for their input. Which I loved to see. Everyone was so nice! I was a little embarrassed going in barefaced with my skin being like it is however I knew it would be best to get the help I needed. With the efforts of Melissa, Dani and a couple other employees I walked out with an arsenal of products to make my skin look and feel great! I will say, in the past I have had terrible experiences at the location and usually go to the Asheville Mall Ulta. However this was my first trip here this year and all I can say is, wow! What a turn around in staffing. The team here is knowledgeable and friendly. I feel confident in my purchases and will definitely be coming back more often."

"Once again we stopped in the store because the kids needed some items. In this case it was some makeup because a couple of things fell apart on them on the trip. We spent quite a bit of time looking at items in the store. Employees were very friendly. They found what they thought they were looking for fairly quickly but as they wandered around more they actually found some better selections and changed what they were purchasing. They were very happy with what they found. The checkout was very quick and the lady was quite nice that assisted us."
