"I had a terrible experience here. Being one of the only eyebrow threading places in town, I drove 30 minutes to try this place. They don’t accept appointments so I had to do a walk-in, and ended up waiting an hour before she got to me. I was extremely disappointed with my eyebrows after, she made them so thin and uneven. If you come here clarify if you want to keep your eyebrows thick. Honestly just don’t come here"

"I’ve been a few times and the past couple times she did seem a little annoyed but people have bad days. The last time I went I did feel like my brows were a little too thin so I let them grow for a while and will just specify next time. I would love if this location was open more and scheduled appointments to cut wait time. I like the one in Asheville better but the Arden location is so much more convenient."

"These ladies are the best! I’ve been going to their Asheville location for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The line can get long some days (probably way less long at this location at this point!) but it’s totally worth it. They are so speedy that it moves super fast anyways. It doesn’t matter though because I would literally wait hours to see them. They’re THAT good."
