"Stylists are very nice but seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. Consistently find a bunch of stray hairs that are the original length, they always take too much off, and I have to question the cleanliness when there is hair on every surface and their stations look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. I guess I just need to bite the bullet and pay more for a half decent cut the one time of year I go."

"When I went there to Great Clips, there where to ladies cutting hair, both where kind and friendly. Rachel cut my hair; she did a great job. It’s now my favorite place to go when I need a haircut. Thank you for your great service!"

"Went in for a “trim” and a thin . Asked for around 3 inches to be taken off and a possible V cut in the back . Left with about 10 inches taken off after my stylist talked about her divorce and how I should be afraid of my own children being taken away in a divorce one day. ???? Super choppy cut and one side is longer than the other , even had another stylist come help her “perfect” my hair and ended up taking another 2 or 3 inches off herself . Been growing out my hair for yearrrsss and it’s all gone . If the V cut wasn’t possible why would she continue to cut all of my hair off ? I even left a fair tip for the girls to split . I will be going back tomorrow to show off their mistake ."

"My daughter had her hair cut there a week ago, went back to have it fixed. The lady who cut her hair apologized for her mistake in cutting my daughter's hair and was fixing it. Supervisor came out and said I had to pay for another cut to have it fixed after it was already fixed. Had I known I had to pay for their mistake, I would have walked out. Needless to say, I paid and we will not be going back. We have been going there for 8 years and that is the last time we go back. Terrible customer service by supervisor"

"Kris was one of the best Great Clips employees I’ve ever gotten a cut from. I needed a cleanup for a wedding, she put way more than $18 worth of attention into my cut.
