Billy knew exactly what was going on and help us get on the right track to getting them healed. The next morning her ears had already looked better than they have been. Billy was so kind and great with her. I’m go grateful I brought her to Captive Minds."
"My 10 year old daughter spent some birthday $$ and got her second piercings done. She did amazing and Billy and his wife took such great care of her. Billy talked her through everything he was doing and asked her permission before doing anything. He even had her pick out some stickers and gave her a caprisun for doing so well. His wife gave her cleaning solution for free since it was for her birthday. Overall, this was a great experience!"
"I took my daughter Lola to get her first ear piercing and Billy was absolutely phenomenal. The care and professionalism was by far five stars. I would give 10 if I could. His wife is equally as awwwome. They took the time we needed and talked us through the last step. Billy treated my daughter like a princess.
