"It’s good to have this kind of store in the community and I am happy about that, But I am sorry to say that it’s very sad and disappointing at all to have such kind of an employee in your store. I went to look and to buy an item. There was a young man with a thick eye glasses who was really rude, full of hate ( I can read from his face easily ) and unhelpful at all. He can’t even talk and try to solve the issues easily at all. For each questions He keep saying ‘ I don’t know’. If he doesn’t know how to solve, communicate , handle and taking care of the customers nicely why does the owner doesn’t give the chance for other people who can fit and address the customer needs? As a professional guy I tried to be nice at all with a good attitude inside your store. As long as he is representing the business store , give customers the respect they deserve and show that in your language. For example, never fight back or hurt the customer, even if they sound irrational( But I wasn’t at all ) ; and never say “I don't know” to their request, but offer to go the extra mile and see what's possible. The owner or the manager should see that as a serious concern. It’s easy for me to buy from Amazon If you have this kind of unwelcome and unhelpful employee inside the store."
