"I never leave reviews but my experience with Milk Money Vintage was really lame. At the end of June I was visiting a friend in Charlotte, I live on the West Coast, and she took me here because we love vintage stores. I found some beautiful drink glasses but I knew I didn't have room in my luggage so I wasn't going to buy them. Then the owner said she could ship them to me for free. I thought, amazing! So, I bought them, and two months later, I still don't have them. They never shipped them to me. I reached out over email, because they do not have a phone number, about a month after purchase and the owner apologized and said she went on vacation and had forgotten about them, but that she sent them out yesterday. I said no worries, thank you! Another month went by and I still didn't have them. I reached out over email again and this time I was ignored. I sent another email asking to just be refunded, that it was okay if they hadn't been sent out, I just wanted my money back. No response. My friend visited the store in person to see what was going on and the owner apologized and blamed her assistant for never having sent my glasses. So, she lied to me about having sent them out. The glasses were still at the store. She gave them to my friend, but now the shipping cost is on me and the hassle is on my friend to somehow get them to me. They have my phone number and email and have still never reached out to me to apologize or offer to pay for shipping like they promised me. If my friend didn't live in Charlotte, it seems Milk Money would have just stolen from me and never sent me my glasses. What an absolutely awful way to treat people."
