"I've a patient of Kelly Stoia, who has done a fantastic job for me. She's wonderful. However, now I'm here for a drug screen, which is 1 star experience. Naturally, I drank a lot to make sure I need to pee. I've now been sitting in an empty reception area for 20 minutes and I'm about to burst. Just go somewhere else if you need a drug screen."

"Booked my wife’s 4:15 “sore throat visit” just a couple hours prior on the same day. We were seen, assessed, treated (antibiotics sent to pharmacy of our choosing) and heading back home by 4:45! We were so pleased with how efficient our visit was. Emphasis on the FASTmed. Receptionists, nurses/techs, doctor were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. Makes me wonder what other urgent cares been doin?! Best urgent care in the area, and will definitely use them in the future as needed. Thanks for all you do!"

"The girl at the front counter was not friendly at all. I had an appointment for early morning, that I made the day before. I was told then, when I called, they were not taking any more walk in because there was a 4 hr wait. I arrived at my appointment and my husband went in with me. He was also sick. He ask if he could be seen too because he was sick. The girl at the counter told him no. He would have to come back after 2. There was not anyone at all in the waiting room. I was took back for my visit. The person who saw me acted like she was afraid I would make her sick. I told her my throat was very sore and both throat and mouth had blisters. She did stay at arms length and look in my mouth. She said it was fine. I ask for a strep test and was told my throat was fine. She told me to keep taking over the counter stuff. I wasn't with her more than 2 minutes. While I was in my room, my husband said 2 walk ins came in and both were told they could not be seen there. The ON sign was off. You have a walk in clinic that doesn't take walk ins. When calls come in, you're told there is a 3 to 4 hr wait. Yet, no one was waiting. I will not recommend this clinic at all."

"I cut the tip of my finger on Christmas Day. I am so grateful the FastMed was open! I needed 3 stitches and NP Samantha was fantastic! She is careful and gentle. She helped me be comfortable in a rough situation. The receptionist ( I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was excellent she carefully explained and gathered all the information. No one fussed about working on Christmas. Thank you!"

"Appointments are definitely required if you want to be seen in a timely manner but this place will do everything they possibly can to help you and if they can't they'll find someone who can help you and send a referral ASAP. They're fast, polite, non judgemental, and so good at blood draws. I have tiny veins and nobody has been able to draw blood on the first try but this place. Definitely recommend. They also have a primary care doctor in there that me and my boyfriend go to and she's awesome"
