"I'm leaving a one star because scheduling with them is impossible. I was referred to them by my PCP a couple years ago and had a pelvic ultrasound. I tried to reschedule a follow-up a few months later, but they never called me back. Ever. Early this week I called twice to schedule an appointment and left two messages and still have not heard back three days later. The only way you can get a call back is to leave a message for a medical assistant, and I think they still just transfer you to the scheduling line. Does anyone even check the messages? It seems as if they don't. I found another gynecologist office who actually answers the phone and checks their messages. **Also, Dr. Daws did a blood panel for me and saw that I was insufficient in Vitamin D and recommended that I take 1500 to 2000IUs of Vitamin D a day. I told her that I already was taking 1500 to 2000IUs a day and she just shrugged and didn't say anything. Super irresponsible to not help someone get their Vitamin D levels up considering that it can promote numerous health issues."

"The actual visit I had went well with the staff and MD. The reason I'm rating it so low is my interaction with an operator. I called to inquire about a bill I received and make sure they had my insurance on file. The operator told me who to call but was very rude and short with me! She actually hung up on me! I understand being in Healthcare is tough, but this does not excuse unprofessional behavior! Please talk with your staff about phone etiquette and that we are all people who deserve to be treated with respect!"
