"DO NOT go here if you suffer from severe anxiety. This was my first experience at a gynecologist and I left traumatized, embarrassed and disrespected because a nurse confused my anxiety with a seizure, A SEIZURE! I have never been medically diagnosed with having seizures at all and I can confidently say that I have never experienced a such thing. Like I said I’ve never been to a gynecologist and I was alone and extremely nervous because I’ve not heard of people having good experiences at the gyno and now I know why. I just don’t understand how you can confuse the two. I didn’t go there to be questioned about “having seizures in the past.” I obviously came for female related health issues. This is the most embarrassing thing I’ve experienced in a professional setting and it’s made my anxiety sky rocket about going to a doctor over anything now. I knew something was wrong when I heard the doctor approaching outside the door and the nurse was whispering about it. Has she never witnessed anxiety? It was not apparent that she has. Once the doctor came into the room he got 12 or 15 inches from my face and loaded me down with irrelevant questions about school life and my childhood… again not why I was there. Don’t get me wrong I actually liked how the MD handled things for the most part but he talked so fast and so much I was barely able to get a single word in. I will never be back to this location and I would never recommend it to anyone. I wish I never chose this location to begin with."

"Harold? I think was his name. I wouldn’t send your daughter back alone. Or yourself. Definitely take someone. And the lady at the front desk Landon? is also very unprofessional. She blew up my phone after telling me she couldn’t tell me where my script was. And then proceeded to tell me. So I hung up. She called back three times in a row each one me asking her not to call back. Can not wait to switch. I’ll be recording every call I get from them from now on."

"My daughter was pregnant with twins. Her water broke and called to talk to her doctor. The receptionist told her that she probably just peed herself. Her urine output was always coffee colored as her kidneys had shut down but according to her doctors "everything is normal". She fell down stairs because her legs gave out. The response? "Bless your heart". Just happened to be in Knoxville and went to the hospital there. Preeclampsia, very severe. Her kidneys were non functioning. Her protein levels were at 0. Her legs leaked water because she was so saturated. Greeneville never once responded to the UT doctors. Totally inept. My daughter almost died twice due to the negligence of Greenville. Please do not go there."

"Just find a different place. I waited 2 hours past my appointment to even be seen. Don't even count on getting a call about results from an imaging order. I had to get a different doctor in the office to even talk to me about my mammogram results. And now for my biopsy results I've tried reaching them all day. My doctor is apparently too busy to sign a piece of paper so the nurse can tell me what they are. The nurse desk doesn't even bother answering the phone. Maybe these results aren't a priority to them but they are to me and I don't appreciate the impersonalness at all. After today I will be using a different OBGYN I need be."
