"I worked here for 3 years 2 times. It was a good job. Made good money. The only thing is I worked literally 80 hrs-115 hours. I started out as a Dsp and then became a house manager. some of the staff are rude! Some of the individuals lie and say you did something when you didn’t and you get the consequences for it. One individual in particular that you do not want to work for. Other than that, great office people. Specially Anthony, he’s really cool."

The office people talk down to their staff and will not help out what so ever and never willing to answer a question. "As far as employment goes, this is a horrible place to work. Management is extremely unprofessional and there is 0 stability. These people will not hesitate to leave you on shift when your relief doesn't show up. They also put employees in danger by taking on dangerous individuals. "Very high stress and long hours. If the house you go to is understaffed be prepared to work 7 days a week and 70 hours a week. If your house is staffed then you'll just get your 40 hours. Good and bad place to work depending on the individual in which you take care of. Some individuals will lie on you if they are higher functioning and you will be put under investigation by the state and won't be able to work until investigation is cleared. Everyone's experience can be different which I didn't have the best experience but it did teach me a lot. Like I said it all depends on the home and the individual, you can actually make a difference in someone's life. The hours and pay is exceptional as support solution's pay average is a little higher than the other agencies. Management is okay but room for much improvement. Take my comment as a grain of salt for your career at support could be different than mine. You'll either love or hate it and that's a 50-50 chance you'll have to decide for yourself. Cudos!"
