"Had someone hit me in the side, tried to turn into insurance only to be told to call a 1-800 number instead of my agent/office to which u just get a recording 90% of time never a acual person... I had to do all the leg work with the accident I never got to speak to my insurance agent ever during the whole process even after asking to speak to her directly and emailed her directly only the assistant in the office who knows nothing about any of it!!! I'm not a insurance worker nor do I know how to do half the stuff they needed for the claim or what all I needed to do for the whole situation so It was a very long and difficult process!! What do we pay an agent for if we have to do all the work our self!! So very dissatisfied about the whole situation. Wouldn't recommend this agency at all!!"

Work ethics like that are extremely hard to come by! It's very easy to find poor reviews on companies because everyone likes to complain, but I have gone out of my way to brag about this location and these two ladies because they deserve and have indefinitely earned the POSITIVE 100,000% customer satisfaction review that I'm leaving now! I do not want to work with anyone else! I recommend them to EVERYONE!"

"Worst experience I've had. Got quotes and paid over phone then waited weeks for card to be mailed across town..postage due. Three vehicles one was left out so i went to office to be ignored by girl on phone and finally told it would be a while. Went back next day to cancel so they could keep 70.00 for no coverage. Should be negative stars"
