"Our first experience was great and we were in and out in under an hour which included awaiting test results for Flu, Covid etc. The staff was kind and helpful and the waiting area was clean with televisions and an area for younger children to sit and play quietly with coloring pages and crayons available as well. The second experience wasn't as good but to be fair they were understaffed that day and I was sick as well sitting with my teenager waiting so long was uncomfortable. In fact I'd thought the 1st was a normal so I was late picking up my husband from work and it caused an argument as I'd waited til evening to take her so she'd get the rest she needed from being sick. That was on me just be aware that they are at times under staffed and that'll make your wait time go up. The connection they have through Ballad Health sends the information to the kid's doctor's office as well which is very nice as it keeps it all together for them."

"Sat almost 3 hrs with irregular heart rate today 3-6-23 in urgent care ( needed an EKG to see if it was a dangerous rhythm requiring a hospital visit was told I could get an EKG) and the waiting room cleared out 3 times finally I ask how much longer it would be the receptionist said Oops it looks like I didn’t finish your registration I wasn’t looking at the screen and missed the alert! Meanwhile another patient came in with chest pain & they took them! The dark hair receptionist with glasses who said was NOT looking at her check in screen comes out & says it’s gonn be another hour .. unbelievable!!!! Being a nurse had I screwed up THAT bad putting a patient life in DANGER most employees would have been REPLACED.. immediately you NEVER leave a patient having heart symptoms waiting over 3 hrs! Been 4 hrs now! One person ( maybe nurse? Said she couldn’t REMEMBER how to do an EKG! GOD help these people! This is scary! The reviews are HORRIBLE!!!"

"I took my bf to the doctor because he’s sick. I’ve been here since 1. It is now 3:33 and he has still not been back. First of all, every single nurse or staff was on lunch while there were multiple sick people waiting. Now they’ve waited well over an hour and they are not back yet either. This is absolutely ridiculous. People come to the doctor because there is something wrong with them and nobody wants to sit and wait around all day long. I’ve never had an experience like this at the doctor. I am shocked and disappointed. Will not be coming back. I would also like to add how sorry and bad i feel for the people that are sick and have waited this long. I would give no stars but you have to leave one and they don’t even deserve that. This is truly pitiful."

"I've personally brought my children and my other family members to this urgent care and the staff is always so wonderful. The wait time is bad everywhere you go, regardless if it's Ballad or not. It's flu season, everywhere, including the regular doctors offices are booked solid. I'm very thankful that we have multiple locations of urgent cares within the Ballad System, especially this one in Greeneville, to take care of us sick folks. The staff is always so sweet, and the doctors are compassionate. They LISTEN to you and ask questions. That's what I GREAT health system does. ❤️"
