"This center is unprofessional does not follow up or call back and does not keep up with paperwork and payments. I paid for application fee and registration fee 10/24 because I was told my son would have a spot by the end of November they would call with a start date. The front office gave me the runaround while vouchers sat waiting for 2 months with no follow up. When I contacted the property manager she argued with me and was very sarcastic and rude even when I tried to defuse her bad mood she continued to talk over me and speak to me as if I was disposable because I had a voucher. I told her I no longer feel comfortable with enrolling my child and she continued to be condescending and mock me. Then said we will refund my registration fee and ended the call. Manager’s like this, trickle down their bad attitudes to employees and teachers and make it hard for them to do their jobs and care for your child or children properly. This is also a spot that has already had to rename the facility. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I would not recommend this location to any parent."

"My son is in Mrs.Gray & Ms.Frazier Meck Pre-K class and I love it. I get updates and picture mail almost daily. I never have to ask how my son is doing because Mrs.Gray keeps me informed every step of they way! I feel my son is in good hands when it comes to these two ladies!"

"From the structure of the dropping off process and password to enter building....Stress-free. The building is always clean and your always greeted when coming and leaving the building My son is in Mrs.Gray & Ms.Frazier for Pre-K and he LOVES it!! I LOVE IT! The kids are always engaged and the classroom is very structured. Their classroom environment has definitely helped with my sons listening,learning and social skills. He is always happy when i pick him up. Both teachers are amazing and have made it easy for me to trust my child in their care. 5 stars isn't enough for my experience I would give a solid 10."
