Queen City Robotics Alliance

The Queen City Robotics Alliance, located at 2102 Cambridge Beltway Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a collaborative and innovative institution that houses the Charlotte FIRST® Zone. This facility was conceived and created by three teams within QCRA, offering a space for building and testing robotics projects.

The institution is currently recruiting FIRST Robotics teams for students from kindergarten to twelfth grade, providing them with the opportunity to experience the excitement and inspiration of competitive robotics. Thanks to the support of corporations, foundations, and individuals, QCRA is able to offer cutting-edge summer and out-of-school learning programs to students in Charlotte.

In the upcoming 2023-2024 FIRST season, QCRA will be participating in FIRST® IN SHOWSM presented by Qualcomm, focusing on the intersection of STEM and the arts. This initiative aims to empower young people to design and build a world of endless possibilities, highlighting the role of STEM in creative endeavors.
