"I came here for an endoscopy. The nurses were all absolutely amazing. Super friendly, they actually respected my pronouns and were very informative of everything they were doing. I'd absolutely come back here for anymore procedures or even emergency care if need be. This was the absolute best care I've received in my entire life."

"My husband had surgery Jan 26 and had to come back for emergency surgery (nobody's fault just something that happened). All the staff from housekeeping, nutrition, CNA, all the nurses, charge nurses and surgeons etc have been amazing! My husband has been in excellent hands all week. "Doctor and nurses great. The discharge admin person Melisa Martis in 7th floor, was rude and disrespectful and tried to tell me that 88 year old patients go home from knee replacement surgery by themselves all the time. She then failed to get discharge papers ready and we had to wait hours and for another crew to come in and start the process again. The new crew said that they have complaints about her constantly. She is a bad apple that reflects negatively on those that are doing their job."

"I visited here briefly today. The new check in at hospitals with an ID being required still seems strange to me [why is it needed?]. But the receptionist was the kindest person I've encountered in sometime! Congrats Mercy on hiring such a sweet and encouraging individual! I wish I had caught her name! The small tour I was given shown a beautiful and clean facility. I look forward to coming again!"

"I actually thought it was okay hear. I had to keep asking for something to eat. I wasn't in the system for a diet. No one was concerned about me eating.The night before the night nurse made sure I did. The nurse was eating herself and then napping. The place can be a little more compassionate towards the patients."
