"The doctors are great. The office staff is Horrible with a capital H. The front receptionists never say more than two words and looks at you like you are inconveniencing them when you walk in. The individual that provides check-out service is rude, inconsiderate and doesn't always record that you paid your bill. So be sure and save your receipts! She will also not acknowledge you if she is on the phone, but will just continue on with the conversation. That is etiquette 101 for customer service, acknowledge the customer. In addition, she likes to horde the stickers that the children get upon check out. When I was there last and asked for one she huffed and puffed and said "what do you want". I want a sticker which is why I asked. I couldn't tell her what kind because she have them horded behind the desk and I couldn't see them. She finally handed it out. It really should not have been a big deal. My kid feels sick and doesn't need her attitude. Sorry if you hate your job lady. If not, could have fooled me along with many other low-rating reviewers. Even the nurses were not great, let's put it that way, the last couple of times we had appointments. It's a shame that the office has such bad reviews due to the extended staff. The doctors should not lose patients due to their poor behavior. However, after all the bad reviews and complaints, you kind of can't say its not their fault. My opinion, they should re-evaluate and clean house where the staff is concerned. After our last experience, I plan on taking our family elsewhere."

"We have been seeing Dr Teaster for 7 years and really appreciate his bedside manner and knowledge. All of the nurses are super friendly and accommodating. We never have issues getting in to see the dr when needed."

"I really appreciate the staff here. They are always flexible in getting us in when we have sick littles and they listen to my concerns. As a mom with a toddler and a newborn sometimes getting placed on time is a struggle and they have never made me feel about it. They are such a positive and uplifting group and I appreciate the care they give my kids."

"My daughter has seen Dr. Teaster since birth. We lived in the area when she was born but moved 45 minutes away 10 years ago. I did not want to change physicians so we remained with him even after the move. This was one the best decisions I made in my life! I trust Dr. Teaster with my most valuable possession, my daughter. I can say this with 100% confidence from personal experience. My daughter was extremely ill recently and did not present with typical symptoms for what was causing her sickness. Dr. Teaster took time to listen to all of the concerns even if they did not appear to relate to the illness. He looked at the whole child and was able to diagnose her accurately. She was admitted into the hospital and has fully recovered. In my opinion, many physicians would have only looked at certain lab results and not taken time to really listen to the child. My daughter is turning 18 next month and is refusing to leave this pediatric office because they established trust. Without Dr. Teaster’s knowledge and taking time to listen, my daughter might not be well today. My family witnessed personally how much Dr. Teaster cares about his patients and we thank him for all he did for my daughter. You will not regret going to Dr. Teaster if you want a physician that truly cares."

"This office has completely gone hill since the Blacks left. They are more focused on woke politics, and do not follow CDC guidelines. The doctors are terrible and they miss diagnosis causing damage to your kids health. Stay far away from them if you want good care. It’s sad to see because the Black’s didn’t create this environment. Also, if you don’t like something or disagree, they will just tell you to go to an Urgent Care. The nurses were amazing years ago, and very few are left. There is a reason for that. Many people I personally know have left and constantly said bad things, but I tried to form my own opinion. We will no longer be back."
