"It seems like a lot of locations with childcares including this location are struggling to find and keep quality staff to educate the children. The director Lindsey was very polite in communicating the lack of availability. I do get the impression that they are choosing which children to allow in so that they do not overwhelm the staff they have left. I was told there would be availability around this time months ago but there has still been no update. If anyone comes across this review with information on a reputable quality daycare please email me"
"If i could give this place zero stars I would . This is my boys first day in prek and they weren’t even there for 1 hour ( twin boys ). One of the teachers Harris is trash , she act like she don’t have any patience at all when it came to my kid and that’s the red flag #1 . #2 the director Lindsey act like a regular teacher she was happy to tell me she would put papers in to withdraw my boys today, she didn’t give me any other options or anything all she said was unfortunately they can’t be in the same class because i don’t have any space. In open house it was we had a bad experience with twins being in the same class so we don’t want to do it again . Now it’s we don’t have any space for them to be in the same classroom . Seriously who cares about what you experienced in the past when this is a whole new set of twins , all kids are different and as an educator that’s the number thing you should know! Ms.Armstrong the was pretty cool she have a lot more patience but Harris and Lindsey needs to be evaluated because in my opinion they aren’t fit for this profession. When dealing with kids you have to have lots of patience especially little ones!! I don’t know if they thought because I’m a young mom that I’m dumb but nah this ain’t that I am an very active parent & my boys will not back to this prek idc idc , I am pissed that our time was wasted ( me and my boys ) !!"
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE!!!! VERY UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS! A TEACHER hit my child with a ruler and claimed it was an accident, they forgot to administer my child his medication on several occasions, change their Pull-Ups on time, and the list goes on! I knew it was a red flag the day I noticed they had the little children in the classrooms with older children just so they would be in ratio compliance. They kicked my children out of the daycare because I was advocating for them! After back to back days of me being understanding, the last two incidents I just was livid about my kid being hurt I went to pick up my child which he was standing there crying and bleeding because of a kid digging his nails into my child's skin. The next day I received a call that my child hit his head and had a knot on his eye. I was upset and went to pick him up early. Upon my arrival Ashlei or "Ashley" Harrison was very RUDE and followed me to the classroom where I was going to ask the teacher her side as to what happened to my child! I noticed her gathering my child items and I asked her what she was doing, she then told me JENNIFER SAID today is your kids last day, and my response was because I'm advocating for my kid and asking a little bit more questions than you would like my kids are being "KICKED OUT" ( which probably was the best decision anyway) the director LINDSAY did not once talk to me instead she stayed on the phone with Jennifer who I'm assuming was her boss who also did not want to talk to me! I CALLED THE POLICE AND MADE A REPORT!!! They refused to give me any paperwork or copies of the incident reports. Keep your kids far away from this place!!!!! Please I beg you if you want your children to be safe and taken care of properly PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION"
"My daughter has been going to Childcare Network since shes been 1. She will be 6 this summer! The staff, services, and support I receive is simply amazing and I truly don’t know what I’ll do without them. I truly believe the director and other staff have my daughters best interest at heart, and it has been proven on several occasions they will go the extra mile to make sure my babygirl is well taken care of. This leaves me worry and stress free and I’m so appreciative of that!"
