"I can't speak highly enough about the childcare center, particularly Ms. Chablis The level of care and attention my child receives is truly exceptional. Chablis dedication is evident, and her nurturing approach has created a warm and welcoming environment. The center's commitment to early education and development, coupled with Chablis expertise, has made a significant impact on my child's growth. I'm genuinely grateful for the positive experiences we've had here, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking quality childcare."
"I cannot express enough how exceptional the childcare center is. From the warm welcome during my tour by Maden and Madison to the daily care provided by Constance, Jackie, and the entire team, every experience has been outstanding. The dedication, passion, and expertise they bring to nurturing the children is truly commendable. It's evident that they create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment. Choosing this childcare center has been one of the best decisions I've made, and I am grateful for the wonderful care and learning experiences my child is receiving. Highly recommend to any parent seeking quality child care."
"Our 1 year old daughter was slapped in the face by a teacher in the toddler B classroom on 1/08/24. The teacher is in her 40’s and obviously have no self control and shouldn’t be around children. I’ve reported this teacher before in the past about her rough handling the kids and I checked her one day when I saw her rough handling my daughter November of last yr. Thank goodness another teacher was present and reported the teacher and gave my daughter some comfort after she was slapped. Front office was notified and didn’t follow proper protocols because Towanda concern is protecting her business and not the safety of the children there. After I took matters into my own hands and contacted the police and state, I was told that my children can no longer be at the facility and they had to withdraw, said we were not a good fit. My 4 yr old son has an amazing teacher, Ms. Sherlock that I trust 100%. He was kicked out the school because I was protecting my daughter. In addition, I’ve reported the infants in class A constantly crying and always in the same position for multiple hours at a time with no interaction. Nothing was done. Please keep your kids away. They aren’t even safe in your working in the same facility. Kids are always sick and they let them right on in. All for the money."
"My 1 yr old daughter was slapped in the face by a teacher in Toddler B classroom. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! The owner, Towanda, did not file an incident report with the state as mandated until 2 days later once me and my husband came up there. She made all kind of excuses as to why it wasn’t filed but as an owner and mandated reporter, it was to be filed the same day, no excuses. She also made excuses for the teacher that assaulted my daughter. I have had issues with this same teacher in the past and made complaints about not having my daughter in her care alone or without the lead teacher in there. They removed my daughter from one class to the class with said teacher and 30 minutes later my daughter was screaming and crying after being slapped. Maden forced my daughter to go in the class with the teacher. The owner said some of the most condescending comments while we we trying to figure out how and why this took place. Towanda is all about money as this is her business. Your children are disposable and replaceable. Be cautious of where you send them!"
"My oldest daughter started here in 2017 and graduated from their preschool program. My youngest daughter has been here since 2018 and is currently in Ms. Sherlock’s preschool class. First off, Ms. Sherlock is a godsend! She offers structure and discipline so that the kids are prepared for Kindergarten next year, but also makes her class so much fun! You can tell that all of the children really love and respect her! I love the different projects they do in class. I feel very confident that my daughter will excel in Kindergarten next year because she is getting such a great foundation at The Learning Experience. Additionally, the staff here does a great job arranging different activities, spirit weeks and summer camps to keep the children engaged and having fun. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Ms. Maden has been holding it down since we started here and she keeps things running smooth and organized. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place for your child to learn, have fun and feel safe and loved!"
