"5+++ stars for 5 Medical Park Outpatient surgery - My wife came here for shoulder surgery. Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy parking. Every single staff person we encountered was personal, knowledgeable & professional. The BEST communication throughout the entire visit, which is saying a lot for anyone that knows me. Comfortable waiting room with glider/rocking chairs, wi-fi, etc. Each patient is given a number at check in. That number allows people in the waiting area to anonymously track the status of their patient at every phase. That along with phone calls from nurses and a personal visit from the surgeon.... no one should feel left in the dark with this much communication. Picking up could not have been easier. A couple of hours after returning home we were contacted by the surgeon with a check up and reminder for meds and the next appointment. Far exceeded our expectations - highly recommend!"

"My mom is on oxygen. She was on a portable tank. They had her waiting 45mins. They also served other people who arrived after her not on oxygen. When she complained to the front desk they made excuses."

"I was in the hospital January 15th 2021 I had a wonderful experience had the best doctor Dr Moody I was on the spine unit room k609 I had the best CNAs I had the best nurses they met all my needs for pain I can't say enough about the new mission hospital was an absolute great experience due to my operation I had a beautiful room everything was clean everybody meant my needs and especially meant my needs of my doctor's orders 110% I just want to say as soon as I walked in for pre-op everybody was right there and took me back right on time at 9:00 and had me comfortable with no painthank you so much to all the doctors all the nurses all the CNAs I appreciate everything that you did for me Miss Renee Sparks"
