"Truly a great shopping experience. Went three times in four days and Kevin was not only helpful with a in-store online order, but I came back to purchase a coat for my wife and he made me feel as if I had been shopping there for years and was his favorite customer. We even came back so she could try on another coat to be sure and he was very courteous and helpful. Thanks for everything."

"Bait and switch First know one could even speak to us or tried to help us. 2 workers not that busy. We picked out 2 pair of shoes and had to ask the girl behind counter that was boxing shoes to ship. If she could check us out and the first thing she said was these were not on the sale buy one get one at 50% off. we left without purchase. You only get one chance for a first impression. Bad one."
