"The labs are drawn at my home, because of my disabilities and the lab techs are absolutely wonderful professionals and people, they give me faith back in humanity. Lab results are quick, turnaround time is very short. I can’t say better things about them except they should be rated A+ plus"

"The worst company to work for. Many unexplained layoffs. I was hired in with the incentives of bonuses but come to my one year review, upper management never informed me of a raise, room for growth and no bonus, especially after helping the company save multiple accounts on both the mobile side and clinical site. In a year span of employment, I’ve been moved around under three different supervisors and poor management. The absolute worst company and poorly structured dead end job. I was terminated after I refused to sign false claims held against me. I requested to view such false claims and I was denied of such. I requested to speak with the appropriate higher ups and HR representatives due to the unexpected and unexplained issues yet I was turned away. I have 11+ years experience in the clinical, mobile lab services and yet I was treated as if my skillset and experience to provide exceptional patient care was little to nothing compared to the next personnel. Beware of this company!! Their specimen turn around testing time is ridiculously long, constantly having lab issues to relay results to providers"

"I have been using this lab since it opened. Not only do I trust their methods for conducting tests and providing accuracy, they also foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes health as the forefront of their mission. I feel privileged to be a patient here"

"On Sunday Morning at 7:15 took the the test it was well organized with army reserve personnel helping. They were great!! Thanks Results should be in 4 days so on Thursday no results called on hold for 2 hours 13 minutes without an answer. This is after no results sent to me. Check the web site no info. Left messages and never got a return text except will look into it. Same for the email. By now the results do not matter. Very poor customer service on the info. By now it does mater I’m past that time. Nice to fleece the government for test that do not help. The one star is for the reservist that did a great job on Sunday 1/9/21."

"I’m at the 143 Henry Parkway McDonough GA location on July 27 at 12:38 pm and still waiting for a worker to arrive at 1:33 pm. I called customer service at 1 pm and was told the sales rep contacted worker and worker would be back from lunch due to traffic. There are literally more than 7 places to eat less than 3 miles from this location. I called customer service again at 1:28 pm and sales rep said worker would be here shortly. I asked to speak with the sales rep or someone else to complain and LaShonda took down my number. You can see the photo below where the laptop is open and not protected. This is unprofessional and I would not recommend this location."
