I called the lab to see how we could get in and April was so helpful in figuring out how to get my son's order from a doctor outside of the UNC system. Annabelle and another phlebotomist drew his blood and did such a good job of making him comfortable, distracting him and making the experience as quick and painless as possible. We had a few tears, but I couldn't imagine the overall process being better or better, more compassionate care for my son provided. We are going to need this service a couple more times in the coming months and will definitely be back."
