"I’ve been seen at this location for about 5 years now for a very painful and emotional issue I had going on. Of course over the course of time missed/late appointments are going to be had. Without going into specific detail there is a medical reason as to why I would RESCHEDULE some of my appointments that they were marking and charging me for a no show without notice for. Every time I would go they would only confirm INSURANCE nothing about a balance or address. Fast fwd to about 2 weeks ago I missed an appointment called to reachable apologized multiple times and even took the responsibility for my actions. Their very smart receptionist forgot to put me on hold while she talked smack about me to the “office manager’ . While giggling saying that “she didn’t even have a good reason” the office manager instructed her to give me false info. Once she realized she didn’t have me on hold she of course disconnected the call. The office manager calls back SCREAMING a run along sentence about how many apts I’ve missed. I just went ahead and switched to their other location because I think the expansion of this place is going to these ladies head. Went to the pineville location and immediately felt welcomed. At this location they’re all about getting you in and out"

She and her staff are consummate professionals. My medical assistant Lauren E facilitated a remarkable and positive experience. Dr Leight not only explained in detail the process of my procedures, she also exhibited care and compassion during my treatment. When I left after my appointment, I was immediately impressed with the results. Dr. Leight is a true professional in every sense of the word. The upscale office showcases caring and compassionate staff as well as dedicated and experienced doctors."

"I recently had Mohs surgery on my nose by Dr. Mullivalli. Not only is he an expert at the Mohs procedure, skin grafting, and repairing the area, he cares for his patients at a level that makes his patients feel his compassion. Two days after my procedure, I needed to reach out to him, after hours, for a concern. He called, shared his cell number and continued to follow up until I felt assured that everything was okay. He truly cares about his patients in a very compassionate way."

"The customer service is deplorable. I requested my medical records in July. I called several times and left messages (because they never answer the phone). The outgoing message is very rude too. When I spoke to people, they claimed to have mailed the records, but they had not mailed them. So, finally, on December 11, I went back to the office to request my medical records and I received them. Unfortunately, the records only show information from one visit, not the two visits I had with Dr. Aaron."

"I was a Director of Operations at Johns Hopkins Medicine for 25 years. I went to this place for some treatment on a cyst. I did not feel welcome by the provider at all. Amber Blair doesn't have the best bedside manners at all. She came across as cold, disinterested and rushing. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years so I understand the daily grind so I am not a patient who complains. She did not make me feel welcome at all and in the back of my mind I feel like it's because I'm African-American or she is just a doctor with poor communication skills. I don't know the answer but I do know that I will not return back to this practice. I know good doctors when I see them. Another reviewer said it felt like an elitist environment and I agree with him on that."
