Novant Health Imaging Steele Creek

"I have been to several Novant image centers for mammogram in the past. Last time I booked on at the Steele Creek location because no other nearby locations were available during the time frame I wanted. This location is really far away from where I live, but I am glad that I went. I decided that I want my routine mammogram done at this location from now on. I met two different technicians for the last two years but they were wonderful. Everyone at this location is great, including the staff member at the reception desk. Mammogram is not painful but not a pleasant bodily experience either. A comfortable experience makes a huge difference."

"They want you there 15 minutes early, but they didn't meet the appointment time. Waited additional 10 minutes. Once called back, service was efficient."

"I had my mammogram done and it was a horrible experience. Mammograms aren't fun, but the tech who saw me added to how unpleasant of an experience it is. She showed zero compassion or patience or bedside manner. I simply don't understand why some people go into the medical field when they have zero empathy, compassion or patience. The front staff were nice and polite- the tech was awful. I've been to this location before and had pleasant experiences, sadly this time that was not the case. I will do my best to go to a different facility next year."

"I was greeted very warmly, fast & effective. The area was clean and organized. I only waited 2 minutes before taken back for my test. I highly recommend this office location."
