"I scheduled an appointment on line to complete a drug screening for an employer. I went in not expecting much based on some of the previous reviews. Scheduling the appointment on line was done with ease. My appointment was today at 130 pm. The check in process was easy and efficient. I did not wait long (maybe 5 minutes) before I was called back to the office. I was greeted by Chandra G. She was very professional, pleasant and explained each step. The entire process took approximately 15 minutes. I was truly in and out. Chandra thank you for your exceptional service today!"

"I showed up to my Quest appointment this morning for blood work, and after waiting for 30 minutes I was told the phlebotomist didn’t show up. I called Quest who then informed me the office is closed without any notification or communication stating that my appointment was cancelled and the closest location is over 30 min away from my house. It’s difficult as it is trying to schedule something during the work day as it is and this has been a waste of time. Totally unacceptable procedure and completely unprofessional to disregard people’s time and schedules. If you make an appointment, there should be someone to provide service to that appointment or at the very least communicate there is an emergency and my appointment has been canceled. Never want to do business with quest again."

"I was nervous about coming to this location based off of the reviews I saw but this was the closest location with appointments for at least a month. However I was pleasantly surprised! Chandra (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) was soo nice and comforting. I have anxiety with getting blood work done and I explained that to her. She kept my mind off of it. It was nearly painless too. She was great. I’ll be going here from now on."

"I’ve been to this location 3 time. 1st time - October 2016 I went in signed the sign in sheet and waited and waited and waited. I was the only person in the room and I legitimately believed no one was working there but I did hear noise in the back. Eventually someone came out and asked if I made an appointment ,which I did not, and she said well if someone comes in during their scheduled appointment I would have to wait. Ok I understand. Eventually it was time for her break time so she asked if I could come back at 1. Instead I decided to go to another facility. 2nd time - March 2017 I go in sign my name and I have a schedule this time. There was at least 4 other people also waiting and I asked how long they have been waiting for. 2 people said an hour and 1 said about 30mins. So I decide to wait since my appointment was coming soon. 30 mins later it’s her lunch again so I just leave forgetting about appointment 3rd time - February 2018 Much better experience. I went in did not make an appointment. Signed in 1 other person waiting. Waited about 25 mins before being attended to. Overall the main issue of this place is that it is understaffed. Quest needs at least 1 more person to work here to handle the work load. Diane is actually great and punctual"
