Ive never had to use it for an incident until recently and i just knew the process was going to be a headache but it wasnt. One of my cars was in an accident and was totaled. The person who was at fault didnt have any insurance but farm bureau took over with no problem. My car was in an accident on tues, received a call from my adjuster Lee on Wednesday. That same day he went to look at the car and received the estimate on everything.
