"I decided to come to IFM because I have long Covid and my previous primary care providers have been dismissive and offered 0 help. I met with Dr. Schirner who was honest and compassionate right off the bat, letting me know that they didn’t know much about long Covid but would do what she could to help. Even though I have insurance, I decided to continue going to IFM because the support is exactly what I needed. I am nowhere near cured, but they offer ways to help manage my symptoms, with the appropriate cautions, or send me to someone else who can help more. My visits have always been quick and easy, the staff is very kind and the office is cozy which is nice for someone who is easily overstimulated, and is right in river arts district so it’s easy to get a coffe or shop around after. I also appreciate the option for virtual appointments when possible."

Membership is a great supplementary option, especially if your insurance doesn't cover your day to day and is geared more toward the catastrophic. Online experience is user friendly/works well, and feedback is fast. They have also selected partners for referrals that seem to be likeminded - very friendly and treat their patients with care. The medical world can seem daunting, but not in this case! Highly recommend!"
